Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate, Orafti™ inulin, vitamins and minerals (VitaminA, vitamin D, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, phosporus, selenium, sodium, zink, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, niacine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, tiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B12, pholic acid, biotine), cocoa powder (in chocolate flavour), flavouring, psyllium ovata powder, emulgator soy lecitine (less than 1,5%), green tea extact, sweetner sucralose (E955).
How to use: Mix 50g (2 scoops) with 300ml water until is properly mixed and drink at once. Drink up to 2-3 portions per day. Drink plenty of water as well and at least one healthy meal (600-800 kcal).
