How to use: You start with a 5-7 day so-called “loading period” where you intake a third of your body weight in grams per day (Eg if you weigh 90 kg you take 20-30 g a day). The amount is distributed to max 10g portions throughout the day. During the next period do not take more than half of that per day. Consume post-workout and before eating.
